I work with adults of all ages to help people create more balance, meaning, and growth in their lives. My areas of special focus include anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, pregnancy, new parenthood and postpartum depression, trauma and grief and loss. Whatever you are feeling, I can help you navigate the waters and find insight and awareness.
I work successfully with people to create confidence, clarity, and connection in their lives.
I do this by deeply investigating negative and repetitive emotional states with curiosity and compassion. I am skilled at helping people understand what blocks them and ways to find and listen to their own unique voice. I have a calm, direct, kind and non-judgmental style. I listen to what you say and are not yet able to say. I encourage you to express your deeper feelings more fully.
My work as a therapist is fueled by my own life experiences and growth. I love to hear people’s stories, and have been a listener my whole life. I believe that each person has within them the seeds needed for healing and change. I am honored to join people on their journeys to living a fulfilling life.
