Individual Therapy
Individual therapy can help you work towards results that you want to achieve. I work with you to help overcome depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and problematic patterns in work and relationships.
As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. If just ready to you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re move in a new direction in your life.
I see individual clients dealing with struggles ranging from depression, anxiety and trauma, to trouble with relationships, creative blocks and difficult life transitions. In individual therapy, I specialize in helping people overcome motivational and occupational obstacles, improve and revitalize unsatisfying romantic, social, or work relationships, cope with grief and loss, and manage the emotional components of physical illness.
Even if you do not see your particular condition or circumstance listed above, I encourage you to get in touch to discuss your needs and goals for individual therapy. If I am not the best person to help with your situation I will always try to make an appropriate referral.
